Shelly Stover (she/her) specializes in working with women’s issues, reproductive health, big life transitions, sexual well being and relational trauma. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives and her work is grounded in relational psychotherapy with an asset-based approach using attachment theory, psychodynamic theories, and assessing the nervous system utilizing somatic and mindfulness approaches.

Shelly earned a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. In the past, she worked as a doula and childbirth educator and also worked in the entertainment industry. She has presented passionate speeches addressing body positivity, sex positivity and birth. She looks forward to meeting you where you are and collaboratively working towards a life with more safety and security. Shelly is a registered Professional Clinical Counselor #15473 and a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #143988 working under the clinical supervision of Leah Smith Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #123783.
